- When you book, we will calculate an automatic billing plan for you.
- Future payments will automatically charge each month according to the schedule you see on your invoice.
- If you choose the monthly payment plan, please keep track of the dates your payments will be processed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
- Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.
- Here are a few travel insurance companies to review: Allianz, Travelex, and Travel Guard.
TRAVEL NOTES:
- A passport is needed to travel to Mexico.
- The passport must be valid for six (6) months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.
- Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 2 weeks prior to travel.
- If you are sharing a room with someone, select double occupancy. The double occupancy price listed is per person.
- When booking for more than one person (example: couples), select double occupancy and a quantity of 2.
- If you will be the only person in the room, select single occupancy at the higher rate.
- Roommates should make their own separate reservations.
- Arrival is requested by 3pm on July 18, 2024
- In order to utilize ground transportation included in your package, you must provide flight information by June 4, 2024.

- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
