TRAVEL INSURANCE:
- - Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.

TRAVEL NOTES:
- - A passport and Visa is needed to travel to Ghana.
- - The passport must be valid for six (6) months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.
- - We will assist you with the visa process.
- - Yellow Fever vaccine is required to enter Ghana
- - Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 2 weeks prior to travel.
- - If you are sharing a room with someone, select double occupancy. The double occupancy price listed is per person.
- - When booking for more than one person (example: couples), select double occupancy and a quantity of 2.
- - Please inquire if you are interested single occupancy
- - Roommates should make their separate reservations. Roommate matching support is available.
- - Arrival is requested in Ghana on December 27, 2024. Departure from the USA will likely be on December 26 (check your airline).

- Worldphototeller™ Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
