TRAVEL INSURANCE:
- • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.

TRAVEL NOTES:
- • A passport is required to travel on this cruise.
- • The cruise is for adults only 21+
- • The passport must be valid for six (6) months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages.
- • Each package must be paid in full by May 2026.
- • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 1-2 weeks prior to travel.
- • The price listed is per cabin. If you are sharing a room with someone, and would like them to be invoiced separately please send an email to travel@worldphototeller.com. Otherwise, the cabin will be considered single occupancy.
- • When booking the cabin, up to 2 guests may share a cabin. If more than one person will occupy the cabin, we must be notified with additional names, date of birth, and contact information via email.
- • Pricing may have minor adjustments with more than one passenger per cabin to account for individual cost tied to activities, transportation, etc.
- • Roommate matching is not offered; you must notify us of your preferred cabin mate at travel@worldphototeller.com
- • Arrival is recommended the day before the cruise, or arrival no later than 11am the day of the cruise.

- • Making reservations for this package acknowledges your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
- • All payments are managed by Worldphototeller™ Travel and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- • Worldphototeller™ Travel has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
- • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification.
- • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
- • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
- • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
